Clontarf Veterinary Practice
The practice at Clontarf has existed for many years. Clontarf joined our group when we bought the practice on April 22nd 2002. It was then located in a very small shopfront at 70 Hornibrook Esplanade and run in a part-time fashion with one veterinarian on site.
As the Peninsula has grown and become gentrified, our little practice has changed dramatically. We moved to our current location on February 3rd 2003 and began an extensive program of updating all the services offered. To accomplish this we fitted out our new tenancy as a purpose-made veterinary clinic with multiple consulting rooms, pharmacy, office, procedures area and a dedicated surgery along with all the support facilities (laundry etc).
On September 15th, 2008 we acquired an adjoining tenancy to accommodate even more growth and we have now been able to use this space as wards and an imaging suite for ultrasound and digital radiology. With these changes we have replaced old equipment, bought new equipment, added new services and we now have four veterinarians who share the work at our practice.
So while the outside of the building has not yet been beautified, the inside is a modern functioning veterinary facility with everything your pet could need.
We maintain a very close relationship with the North Lakes Veterinary Hospital where some of our veterinarians also work.
