Chelmer & Graceville Veterinary Practice

The Chelmer & Graceville Veterinary Practice became part of the Vetwell family in 2001.

There has been a vet practice in Chelmer & Graceville since the 1970s. It has had several guises over the years—first located at the old Riverside Centre, then 123 Oxley Rd (now White Lady Funerals), and later moving to 316 Oxley Rd, where Vetwell adopted the practice in its very old building. 2005 saw the whole practice moved to purpose-built facilities at 335 Honour Avenue opposite the Graceville train station.

The current practice is now able to offer full service patient care with veterinary and nursing staff on-site six days a week, and boasts a radiology unit; ultrasonography; dedicated surgery suite; in-house biochemistry and haematology analysis; and dedicated hospital facilities.
